  • Note that normal delivery is 2-3 weeks and t-shirts require at least two weeks. Do not ask about the status of a non-rush or non-express order less than two weeks after placing the order.
  • Make sure that your subject line is unique. Add your last name, transaction number, or anything to make the subject line of your message different from all others. If your message is simply a reply to a standard email invoice, it can be lost in hundreds or thousands of messages.
  • The subject line of your email message is VERY important. Simple subjects, like "order", or simply a reply to your email confirmation will get bunched together with THOUSANDS of other messages and are too easy to overlook. Try starting your subject line with one of the following words;
    • Question (for questions NOT related to existing orders)
    • Status (to check the status of an existing order) (At this time, there may not be a reply)
    • Cancel (to receive a refund if order is not already shipped)
    • Deadline (INCLUDE DATE!)(for important deadlines not defined in the original order)
    • Correction (for address changes, email address changes, and such)
  • You should receive an computer-generated, auto-reply to your email message. If you do not receive an automatic reply within an hour, that is a good indication that something is wrong with your ability to receive messages from Proud Rebel. Sometimes, your mailbox is full, or you have a spam filter in operation that rejects mail from everyone not on a "whitelist" of friends. If you feel that our messages are not getting back to you, then send a phone number.
  • Earthlink's spamblocker uses a manual verification before delivery of messages from a new source. People using Earthlink's spamblocker without previously allowing messages from will, most likely, never receive any messages.
